Recently had this company do repairs to my roof, they were very professional, did a very good job and cleaned up at the end. I asked questions and had very clear responses which I find is not always the case.

Michael and his team did a great job replacing my 60-year-old roof. The roof was old but there was also a lot of squirrel damage found after I purchased the property, but Michael’s honesty and knowledge meant I clearly understood all my options. All the guys were friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up every evening, even in this hot weather!! I will be getting them back to fix to my garage roof and will also be passing their details on to family members. So, highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

From quotation to completion, we had a well organised experience including scaffolding. The roofers were extremely professional, friendly and able meet any unforeseen issues. I would happily recommend to anyone looking to renew a tiled or flat roof, we had both.

We noticed a tile had become loose on our roof. As this was still under guarantee we contacted Michael who sent a couple of his team to rectify it. This was all done within 3 hours of us contacting him. Very pleased with our roof and the after sales service. Thank you Michael.

I had some serious problems with my roof which was causing damp in the property. I found this roofer from seeing an advertisement board around Gillingham. As a female who is on their own, it was very hard to trust another roofer, as I was scammed before. However, when Michael came to survey my roof and the works, I knew from the way he spoke he was knowledgeable and honest and deep down I felt I could entrust him to fix my roof. He also provided a reasonable quote too. During the roofing works, I looked through his website and could see he had expertise in rendering and painting, so I engaged him to carry out additional works. He and his team are amazing, professional, neat and trustworthy and despite the British weather, they were able to complete the works in good time ( even coming to the property on a Saturday ). Michel doesn’t come across pushy, but his honesty does him a lot of credit and he doesn’t make you spend extra money where it’s not needed. He understood my budget and worked with me to get my property back up to an acceptable standard. I really appreciate him and his team for all they did and I would 💯 recommend his company. Thank you

Michael fixed our felt in our roof, it was dated and old with water running through the felt. The roof now appears to be water tight. It was not previously. A bit dropped of the outer edge dropped off shortly after install. Michael fixed this promptly.

Five stars from us for Primeline Roofing & Buildings Ltd. With a leaking roof and seeing the state of damage from the inside of the attic I knew a new roof was needed. Problem was we had solar Panels front and back along with loft space spray foam insulation. I thought what a nightmare situation. Meeting and speaking with Michael, he gave us the confidence and trust to use Primeline roofing. With an excellent team they safely removed the solar panels and mountings, removed the old roof along with the spray foam insulation. Installed a new roof and reinstalled the solar panels successfully. We couldn't have been more relieved. The team cleaned up behind them every step of the way. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing. Thank you, Michael and your team for a job well done.

After being let down by several other roofing companies, I found Primeline in The Net and after reading their positive reviews, I gave Michael a call. He came around the next day and he was very polite, professional and gave me a very reasonable quote for my flat roof to be completely replaced. My roof was in a terrible state, allowing water to leak through into my lounge, it was a very complex job. Phil and his team started work within 2 days and throughout that time, they were onsite everyday at 8.30 am, they very friendly and kept me informed all the time of what was going on. Every day they cleaned up as they went along and left everything tidy. They also fixed my guttering which needed changing at the side of the house, so the rain did not flow onto the roof. When the job was finished, they left my patio and garden spotless, and because there was room left in the skip, Phil asked me if I had anything to get rid of. I showed him my garage full of rubbish and Phil and the team cleaned it all out into the skip and they also swept it through. Being a 73 year old women, I was so grateful. They didn't have to do that, but it just goes to show you what a genuine Company they are. The work carried out was of a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his Company to my family, friends and neighbours.

Just had a project completed by Primeline roofing. Fascia’s and soffits and a flat roof. Perfect from quotation to job completion. Michael’s team did him proud, they were very tidy and professional throughout. After completion, my property was left spotless. Very impressed, as were numerous neighbours, who have now also been quoted and jobs completed. Communication between us and Primeline was excellent.

Micheal , Phil , joe and the team done a fantastic job and replacement my entire hip replacement on the joining line due having a leaking in my leak. Workmenship and professionalism was fantastic and will be more then happy to use their services again without hesitation.

Michael and his team at Primeline helped me with removal of moss from my roof. Despite challenging access they did a really great job, not only is my roof moss-free it also looks like a new roof! They even offered to secure some loose flashing for me as part of the works. Would recommend to anyone looking to get roof work done.

My neighbours recommended Michael and his team. Their son is a policeman, so I felt reassured. Michael looked at the job and gave me a quote on my flat roof with various options, giving me plenty of time to consider and recommended that I get other quotes and opinions. He was accommodating in bringing the work forward and his team are absolute gentlemen and I felt 100% safe with them (I am female); they explained what they were doing and why, and they left my home and garden with absolutely no mess whatsoever. Impressively high standard of workmanship and attention to detail. Delighted.

We chose Primeline Roofing and Building LTD to put a new roof on our house after receiving a recommendation from a neighbour who used them to complete a similar job. Based on the quotes we received, Primeline was very reasonably priced. Michael came to view the job, was very informative regarding what needed to be done, and kept us informed of the progress throughout the work. They were able to start work quickly and completed the job far sooner than we had anticipated. When an issue arose regarding supplies, which threatened to hold the job up, Michael brought in additional workers to keep the job running to schedule. The team that worked on the job were simply outstanding. They were friendly, polite, and very professional. They were considerate to us and the neighbours at all times. They were highly efficient and worked their socks off. They took photos of the roof at various stages of completion so we were able to monitor the progress. They really gave the impression that they cared and were committed to doing a good job. There were also a few additional tasks that they noticed and completed, such as clearing the leaves from the gutter and fixing a downpipe that had become unattached. This didn't take long but was a gesture which was very much appreciated and showed they were prepared to go above and beyond. They did an excellent job of clearing up after themselves when the job was complete. Thank you, lads, for your hard work! The roof looks as if it has been completed to a high standard, and we are looking forward to not having any leaks the next time it rains.

I have used Michael before and was really happy with my new roof that was provided. After having a really bad experience with another roofing contracter, i turned to Primeline and Michael proved to be trustworthy and delivered exactly what he says he would do. I then asked Michael to give me a quote for a facia board that had become loose, which also pulled my guttering down. Michael provided me with a very competitive quote for the fascia board and guttering, and I was very happy to go ahead with the job. The work itself was done, once again, to a really high standard. I recommend Michael and Primeline to anyone that needs good quality roofing work completed at a fair price, by a trustworthy contractor.
