George is the best Roofar he is legend in his work. He done my job very well. And I’m highly recommend this guy

As a pensioner felt that I could rely on Michael and his team. Work completed within the restricted timeline that we had and to a high standard. A very thorough job of removing moss from the roof, carrying out repairs where necessary, and treating. Chimney also removed and guttering replaced. Looks completely different and we are very happy with the end result. The lads who carried out work were friendly, very polite , and didn't play loud music, which my neighbours and I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had this company do repairs to my roof, they were very professional, did a very good job and cleaned up at the end. I asked questions and had very clear responses which I find is not always the case. I have used this company again, this time to replace my garage/utility roof. Again extremely happy with their work, everything done to a high standard and again my property left very tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience with the team from Primeline. Professional throughout and always listening to views and concerns. Good value and finished in timely fashion.

We booked Primeline to give our roof a full clean. We’re in an area surrounded by trees and it was covered in moss. The team arrived as agreed, got straight to work and did a thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves and even replaced a couple of cracked tiles at no extra charge. Highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

When my roof began leaking badly I found Primeline Roofing after Google searching. I have to say that their work was brilliant and they did a fantastic job. They came out and gave me a competitive quote for the work which was then carried out quickly and on time. They are very professional and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I’m really happy with the work Primeline Roofing carried out for me and wanted to leave a review because they were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. From my first contact, everyone was friendly, polite and helpful.I obtained several quotes before deciding, and Primeline’s price was very competitive, which was important to me. The work went smoothly, and I was very pleased with how everything was left afterwards. They cleaned up properly and left the area neat and tidy, which makes a real difference after building work. I did have an issue after completion, which was understandably worrying, but I was impressed by how quickly Primeline responded. They got back to me promptly and resolved it without any fuss. This reassured me and showed that they stand behind their work. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Primeline Roofing. They were friendly, professional, competitively priced and responsive when I needed them. I’m very pleased with the work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

I telephoned Primeline to get someone to look at a hole in the roof. Michael went to the property the next day and carried out a full assessment of work that needed doing. He provided me with a detailed quotation after a video survey and kept me up to date with how the work was progressing. Once the work was finished he sent me a comprehensive video of the works carried out along with all the necessary guarantees. His team worked brilliantly as a team and left no mess to clear away. Excellent company, I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Primeline Roofing in Rochester. Michael was professional, honest, and straightforward from the very first day we met. He didn't beat around the bush—he explained everything clearly and found the best solution to our roofing issue. His team was just as professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed, leaving everything spotless. We now have a beautiful, high-quality roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be contacting Michael again for any future roofing needs. If you're looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and who takes pride in their work, give Michael at Primeline Roofing a call!

Michael and his team did a great job replacing my 60-year-old roof. The roof was old but there was also a lot of squirrel damage found after I purchased the property, but Michael’s honesty and knowledge meant I clearly understood all my options. All the guys were friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up every evening, even in this hot weather!! I will be getting them back to fix to my garage roof and will also be passing their details on to family members. So, highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

From quotation to completion, we had a well organised experience including scaffolding. The roofers were extremely professional, friendly and able meet any unforeseen issues. I would happily recommend to anyone looking to renew a tiled or flat roof, we had both.

We noticed a tile had become loose on our roof. As this was still under guarantee we contacted Michael who sent a couple of his team to rectify it. This was all done within 3 hours of us contacting him. Very pleased with our roof and the after sales service. Thank you Michael.

Michael and team did a fantastic job on our old terraced house roof and chimneys. Michael explained patiently what needed doing. And kept us informed throughout the job. The team of men were very polite and happy to answer our questions. They worked very hard through the hot weather. And cleaned up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend Primeline to our friend's and family. From two elderly satisfied customers. Mr and Mrs Gibbs

Primeline installed a resin driveway for us. The service was quick and efficient and all completed to an excellent standard. Would be happy to recommend.

I had some serious problems with my roof which was causing damp in the property. I found this roofer from seeing an advertisement board around Gillingham. As a female who is on their own, it was very hard to trust another roofer, as I was scammed before. However, when Michael came to survey my roof and the works, I knew from the way he spoke he was knowledgeable and honest and deep down I felt I could entrust him to fix my roof. He also provided a reasonable quote too. During the roofing works, I looked through his website and could see he had expertise in rendering and painting, so I engaged him to carry out additional works. He and his team are amazing, professional, neat and trustworthy and despite the British weather, they were able to complete the works in good time ( even coming to the property on a Saturday ). Michel doesn’t come across pushy, but his honesty does him a lot of credit and he doesn’t make you spend extra money where it’s not needed. He understood my budget and worked with me to get my property back up to an acceptable standard. I really appreciate him and his team for all they did and I would 💯 recommend his company. Thank you

Michael fixed our felt in our roof, it was dated and old with water running through the felt. The roof now appears to be water tight. It was not previously. A bit dropped of the outer edge dropped off shortly after install. Michael fixed this promptly.

Five stars from us for Primeline Roofing & Buildings Ltd. With a leaking roof and seeing the state of damage from the inside of the attic I knew a new roof was needed. Problem was we had solar Panels front and back along with loft space spray foam insulation. I thought what a nightmare situation. Meeting and speaking with Michael, he gave us the confidence and trust to use Primeline roofing. With an excellent team they safely removed the solar panels and mountings, removed the old roof along with the spray foam insulation. Installed a new roof and reinstalled the solar panels successfully. We couldn't have been more relieved. The team cleaned up behind them every step of the way. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing. Thank you, Michael and your team for a job well done.

recently had some work done by this firm. very pleased with outcome. Michael is easy to deal with, and nothing is to much trouble.great job, would definitely recommend

After being let down by several other roofing companies, I found Primeline in The Net and after reading their positive reviews, I gave Michael a call. He came around the next day and he was very polite, professional and gave me a very reasonable quote for my flat roof to be completely replaced. My roof was in a terrible state, allowing water to leak through into my lounge, it was a very complex job. Phil and his team started work within 2 days and throughout that time, they were onsite everyday at 8.30 am, they very friendly and kept me informed all the time of what was going on. Every day they cleaned up as they went along and left everything tidy. They also fixed my guttering which needed changing at the side of the house, so the rain did not flow onto the roof. When the job was finished, they left my patio and garden spotless, and because there was room left in the skip, Phil asked me if I had anything to get rid of. I showed him my garage full of rubbish and Phil and the team cleaned it all out into the skip and they also swept it through. Being a 73 year old women, I was so grateful. They didn't have to do that, but it just goes to show you what a genuine Company they are. The work carried out was of a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his Company to my family, friends and neighbours.

Just had a project completed by Primeline roofing. Fascia’s and soffits and a flat roof. Perfect from quotation to job completion. Michael’s team did him proud, they were very tidy and professional throughout. After completion, my property was left spotless. Very impressed, as were numerous neighbours, who have now also been quoted and jobs completed. Communication between us and Primeline was excellent.

Would high recommend Primeline roofing and building ltd. Micheal , Phil , joe and the team done a fantastic job and replacement my entire hip replacement on the joining line due having a leaking in my leak. Workmenship and professionalism was fantastic and will be more then happy to use their services again without hesitation.

Michael and his team at Primeline helped me with removal of moss from my roof. Despite challenging access they did a really great job, not only is my roof moss-free it also looks like a new roof! They even offered to secure some loose flashing for me as part of the works. Would recommend to anyone looking to get roof work done.
