We chose Primeline Roofing and Building LTD to put a new roof on our house after receiving a recommendation from a neighbour who used them to complete a similar job.
Based on the quotes we received, Primeline was very reasonably priced. Michael came to view the job, was very informative regarding what needed to be done, and kept us informed of the progress throughout the work. They were able to start work quickly and completed the job far sooner than we had anticipated. When an issue arose regarding supplies, which threatened to hold the job up, Michael brought in additional workers to keep the job running to schedule.
The team that worked on the job were simply outstanding. They were friendly, polite, and very professional. They were considerate to us and the neighbours at all times.
They were highly efficient and worked their socks off. They took photos of the roof at various stages of completion so we were able to monitor the progress. They really gave the impression that they cared and were committed to doing a good job. There were also a few additional tasks that they noticed and completed, such as clearing the leaves from the gutter and fixing a downpipe that had become unattached. This didn't take long but was a gesture which was very much appreciated and showed they were prepared to go above and beyond.
They did an excellent job of clearing up after themselves when the job was complete. Thank you, lads, for your hard work!

The job involved renewing lead flashing, repointing ridge tiles and moss removal. The work was carried out in less than a day and the roof now looks as good as new. Although the work created a certain amount of mess, the work area was left clean and tidy once the repairs were done. Our son works for Kent Police and he was happy to know that we had picked a reliable company to carry out the work. Their price was very competitive and would definitely use them again. Would also recommend to friends and family.

I chose Primeline because they were on more than one trusted trader site, had a lot of good reviews and gave the best quote to retile my roof and remove the two chimneys. I was not disappointed. They have delivered what they said they would and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, even working on a bank holiday. They also cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Friendly and helpful they also cleaned the solar panels on my flat roof and my front patio. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Replaced damaged lead flashing on roof , around soil pipe. Two roofers were able to do this quickly when they arrived. And showed me pictures before and after.

My roof needed re-felting, new valleys where the roofs join, replacing broken tiles, new lead work, repointing brickwork and new battens. Quite a job!

After work was started it was discovered that other parts of my roof, that I had not asked to be inspected, were found to be in need of attention. Michael and his team showed me the problems, and were always helpful with suggested solutions and transparent about any costs. They had other jobs booked at the time, but they rescheduled these so they could complete my roof’s extra work before the wet weather closed in (phew!).

I had daily reports on work progress and, as I am OK going up ladders, I went up onto the scaffolding to see the work myself. It was very reassuring to see the thorough job they were doing using the latest state-of-the art materials. A massive improvement on the failed materials they were replacing. I can sleep at night under my leak-free roof again!

Following the recent bad weather, I lost a tile from my roof. I contacted Michael at Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd, who came the next day to assess the damage and provide a fair price quote provided a quote to replace all my cemented ridge tiles with a mechanical fixed ridge tiles. My garage at the bottom of the garden was in a bad state. It was attached to my next door neighbour’s garage so rebuilding was not an option. The roof was made from asbestos. In all the garage was not in good condition. I contacted Primeline for an estimate for a replacement flat roof and to repoint the brick walls where the pointing was non existing. I got a Quote which I thought was reasonable and very shortly the work was scheduled. Two lads turned up who I found to be enthusiastic and cared about the work they were doing. They went about it in a meticulous way and not in a rushed fashion. They were also very courteous. The end result was remarkable and now my garage looks in a far better shape than before. I cannot fault them and I am pleased I went with Primeline.

We had the flat roof above a double garage replaced after some storm damage. Michael very kindly fitted a temporary cover over the roof as soon as we signed the contract. I found Primeline Roofing & Building in my local 'Net' and phoned a week or so ago as my chimney pots were leaning. I spoke to Micahel and he called that day to see what the problem was and gave me a quote for the work that was needed ie. Straighten the pots, re-pointing etc. I was impressed by his professionalism and accepted the quote he gave me on the day. Michael kept me advised of when the work would be carried out as it was obviously weather dependent.
